UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BACKCODE ANALYTICS, ITS RESEARCHERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, HACKS, EXPLOITS, PROTOCOL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR RELIANCE UPON OUR REPORTS.

Our reports often highlight centralization risks. We have no control over the actions of protocol administrators, private key management, or secondary actions taken by the project team after the audit is delivered.

If a protocol team decides to "rug-pull" or maliciously upgrade their contracts after our assessment, Backcode Analytics assumes zero responsibility.
